Blackfish Swimming Scheduling and Pricing

Blackfish Swimming understands how valuable your time is. We have streamlined our scheduling procedures to maximize efficiency and ease. Please follow the instructions listed below:

3.  Read the event parameters

4.  Please read the cancelation policy:

I know life with little ones can come at us fast. I try to be as understanding as possible and accommodate those challenges. However, to protect the integrity of the schedule, I must require a 6(SUMMER)/12(WINTER) hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $35 fee.  

5. If you have more than one student in group lessons,

you must enter them as separate attendees

Severe Weather Policy

We operate under standard pool safety rules:   

1. If we hear thunder we and the student must exit 

the pool.

2. We will return the student to you. We all will seek safe shelter.

Your instructor will note the time.

3. We will wait the required 20 minutes from last strike then return.

If class time expires during the safety period, you will have the option to

reschedule or or continue at your next lesson. 

4. If the class duration is less than 15 minutes, you will not be charged.

At 15 minutes and above, full price will be Charged.

5. If severe weather is forecast, we will try to be

as considerate of everyone's time as possible with cancelation.  

STUDENT ILLNESS POLICY

Student Illness Policy: The health and well-being of your children, our instructors, and all of our Blackfish Swimming families is extremely important to us. If your child has experienced a fever, vomiting, a persistent/chronic cough, or excessive runny nose within 24 hours of their scheduled lesson, please do not bring them to the pool. We completely understand that children get sick, and we appreciate your help in keeping our swimming community healthy. When in doubt, please err on the side of caution and allow your child time to recover before returning to lessons. We want every swimmer to feel their best while allowing every family and instructor to feel comfortable in our pool environment. Please follow the cancellation policy in this matter.

Pricing

We offer 2 class types:

1.  Individual 30min lesson-$45

2.  45min Group lesson-$40/child (5YRS & OLDER)

3. Mommy and me lessons are available for children under 24mos
